18/08/11 - Three are rolling out HSPA+ Coverage

Great news! Three have been rolling out the latest HSPA+ technology for their mobile broadband products.

HSPA+ technology allows connection speeds of up to 21mbps. Three’s mobile broadband products are already benefiting from increased speeds. With the exception of MiFi (new faster MiFi launching in September), speeds on all their mobile broadband products are already increasing and above the previous theoretical maximum of 7.2mbps. That’s nearly 3 times as fast at the maximum. Three are already quoting real life increases in speed of up to 40% across the mobile broadband network.

The good news is that this will increase yet further over the coming months as the roll out continues.
